Payment & subscription
Which payment methods are available?
Bank card via Stripe (Visa/Mastercard, auto-renewing) and crypto via CryptoBot (USDT and others — no auto-renewal, one-click renewal from your account).
Why is the minimum period 3 months?
The method targets swing-timeframe analysis: shorter subscriptions do not match the models' horizon. Three months is the minimum sensible period for working with the tool.
How does auto-renewal work?
Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period — you can turn it off anytime in your account (Stripe portal). Crypto subscriptions do not renew by themselves: we will remind you in advance.
Is there a refund?
Yes: 14 days from payment — full refund to the original payment method (EU withdrawal right for digital services). After 14 days payments are non-refundable. Details on the Refund page.
Is VAT included?
Yes. The sticker price is final: tax is calculated inside (Stripe Tax), the checkout amount will not change.
What if auto-renewal payment fails?
We retry the charge several times over a few days and notify you by email. If payment still fails, the account falls back to the free plan — your account and data are kept.
